I have been a Bridgewater Volvo customer through 3 previous Volvo SUV’s. This Volvo is a lease from another dealership (not my choice) but I still reach out to Bridgewater for my service needs. My car was taken quickly to make the repairs per the recall. Driver who picked it up was pleasant (and wore a mask as called for these days). The xTime system makes scheduling easy and sends a pdf of the estimated bill which is immensely confidence inspiring. It's nothing like the typical service experience at all other places.
