Service on leased car Service area personnel were great as always. However i was not pleased with the fact the car needed brakes after only 18,000 miles. We love our vehicle even though the monthly lease payment is more then our budget allows but we have enjoyed the car and are happy working with all the people at the dealership. I am sure you can see from my history with your dealership and Volvo vehicles we have been customers for many years. While waiting another person told me they were there for brakes also. Our budget at this time does not allow for big repair bills plus cannot believe I needed brakes with this low mileage. I love my Volvos and would love to continue to buy or lease in the future but If this is going to be the case for future vehicles, maybe it is time to look else where. Sincerely, Jennie McCarthy More

The Volvo connect was not working, and they took my wife in and ensured it was up and running. It is rare for me to lease the same brand less same vehicle, but this dealership makes it easy to come back to them. More

Had set up appointment to have brakes checked, right before the appointment came up my CHECK ENGINE light came on. Wound up needing an actual repair which would take at least 4 hours. Rather than wait before the appointment came up my CHECK ENGINE light came on. Wound up needing an actual repair which would take at least 4 hours. Rather than waiting for the repair they have me a brand new XC90 to use as a loaner. An unexpected surprise and it freed up my day for other things. More
