Along the way they would promise to call us with updates but never called. We finally took our down payment and left. More
Totally rip-off My car was towed to the dealer twice due to the same issue since the dealer didn't fix for the first time. The dealer didn't provide me any way to get home, at last we used Uber to get home. The next day, I got a call from the dealer telling me I need to pay $876 plus tax to fix this issue this time. I asked him whether he could ask Volvo NA for a good-will repair since it is a safetey issue, he said no. I asked him whether it is possible to just remove the steering wheel lock, he said no even though he was not a technician. He didn't even want to confirm with the Volvo NA technicians. A few hours later he called back to offer me a "better" price at $649. I had no choide, only let them do. Two days later, I got to pick up my car. I wanted to use the 10% off coupon from their website, but they refused because they told me my price was already after coupon. But before that I never heard of it, and I didn't see the applied coupon in the final invoice. I wanted to talk to the service manager, he refused because the service manager was in some meeting. I asked the number, he also refused. He also threathened me they won't cover my rental car if I didn't pick up my car. I had no choice. Later I found the service manager's cell phone and left a message asking for explanation. But I got nothing until now. More

The other sales people wouldn't even look up. I did request some reading material on the automobile I was interested in while I waited. Result? Zippo! They don't even have brochures let alone magazines or a bottle of water to drink while you wait. Very happy with the Audi dealership I decided to purchase my new ride from. More
I bought my first volvo from Don and also traded in later to the suv and worked with Don again. I love the no hassle, no pressure experience. I also have taken my car in there several times with great customer service in the service dept, but I just had a major problem with my car and Barrier volvo was awesome! My warranty just expired and my transmission on my 2004 xc90 needed to be replaced. I was able to deal with the service dept and they were able to get volvo to pay for the new one. I have always been happy with their service but this is above and beyond what I could expect. I love my volvo and my next car will be another one and I will buy from Barrier Volvo again. More
