The volvo team was very patient with us, staying back with us until 10pm to help us finish paperwork. I originally purchased my Mercedes Benz C230 from this dealership. The were super efficient and were able to have the majority of the paperwork done before I even stepped foot in the door. I had no trade in, which made it very easy to get things done quickly. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars and the manager Nathan was able to walk me through the process by describing what was happening step by step in the simplest of ways possible. Even when i got frustrated he was nothing but professional and calm. I now bring my car in to Volvo to have them do all my maintenance and they're prices are less than the Mercedes dealership and their work is just as quality. I just recently sent my husband back to this dealership to have him purchase a new vehicle and it was as simple as pie! I plan to recommend that anyone I know who is looking for a car (new or used) go to this dealership! They take great care of their customers! I'd give 6 stars if I could! More
When I first arrived at the dealership I was surprised how nice and friendly everyone was. Even though the service department was closed I was shown the waiting area along with service bay. I currently own a Volvo xc60 and it was nice to know that they provide service loaners while you are in service. John, began to ask me what I enjoyed about my current vehicle. I explained that the safety of my family is very important to me. He asked if I had seen the 2014 xc60 with city safety. I explained that I have never heard of it. He had me join him on a test drive and showed me what I believe is the neatest feature on any vehicle I have ever seen. I was sold right then. John explained that I would receive the same vehicle but for a lot less if I purchased a 2013. I ended up saving a lot of money after he had showed me a side by side comparison of the two. They also gave me what I believe is a fair offer on my vehicle. I had very low miles and only drove from work and back home. John explained he would make sure I got the best deal. After I signed all the paper work I got to meet with the finance department. He was extremely polite and went into great detail about the warranty. After I met with him, I also met with two managers that both congratulated me and helped me set up my Bluetooth. I received both of their personal cell phone number if my wife or I had any questions. Over all I was extremely pleased and I am already considering purchasing my wife a new s60. More

Brian Lawrence went ABOVE and BEYOND to address a dead battery in my wife's XC90. It was Black Friday and when she went out to go shopping that morning, the battery was completely dead. Within 60 minutes Brian had someone out at my house to replace the dead battery. This is definitely the type of service that will KEEP ME GOING BACK and will insure that I am a LOYAL VOLVO CUSTOMER! Tyler is professional, friendly and has great follow-through and communication backed by Mark's extensive experience and integrity. The loaner car is a huge plus. The loaner car plus Tyler as a reliable liaison between service techs and me has moved me from a local (local enough to walk to from my home) service provider who I really like - to driving all the way up 17 from Camelback to Bell to get to Sanderson. In the past, I've used Powell Volvo for service prior to their closing. The Powell service folks were pretty good there too but not nearly as customer supportive (like Nordstrom's, Disney, Ritz Carleton) as the shop Mark leads. More

My only issue with this visit is the cost. I had purchased the Volvo extended warranty but Tyler stated that a glovebox that was falling apart with no reason was not covered under this. I had to pa purchased the Volvo extended warranty but Tyler stated that a glovebox that was falling apart with no reason was not covered under this. I had to pay $88 to get this put back in. I find this cost unreasonable for the scope of work. If I had not just had shoulder surgery I would have done this myself. I believe a smaller fee would have been more appropriate. This was not a job where it needed high level of technical skill or equipment. You should have not just charged a flat labor charge and mad san appropriate charge for the work performed. Just my though. I could have taken this not to the dealer but to another place, Swedish auto works and they would have done this for much less., i came to the dealer as I thought it was under warranty. I hope you can tell by my review that I was not satisfied with the cost but Tyler was great and the work was performed satisfactorily. EVERY time I come in for service, I know that Jake will provide excellent customer service, he always calls me within one hour of me dropping off the car to let me know what the techs found and gives me an provide excellent customer service, he always calls me within one hour of me dropping off the car to let me know what the techs found and gives me an estimate for the work.
