Overall Excellent experience!! I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the entire staff. I was upset about a friend of mine, and the staff was patient while I tried to sort out what had happened to her. I am very pleased with my purchase! The only negative things about the whole experience were that the 12 volt adapter does not work and needs to be replaced, (which will be done when I return in 2 weeks time for the Sky...thing will be installed.) I also would like some floor mats. There are none in the vehicle. OVERALL, YOU PEOPLE ROCK! I would and will recommend you to my friends. It was a really REALLY great car-buying experience!
