I called Brian Lawrence at around 8am on a Saturday and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change the same day at around 10:30am. He accommodated my request and my vehicle was serviced and cle asked if I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change the same day at around 10:30am. I drive an hour--passing another Volvo dealership--to Volvo of Phoenix because of the great service I receive from Brian. No matter how busy he is, no matter how frustrated other customers may be, he always treats me kindly and shows genuine compassion towards me. It's nice to have an honest service advisor who provides sound advice and has integrity. I feel like I'm visiting a friend or family member when I'm having my vehicle serviced. Even Mark Wylie, the service manager knows me, and that's a great feeling. I don't feel like I'm just a number; I feel very welcomed by all the advisors and staff.
