Dishonest and unethical Worst car buying experience I've ever had and we have bought both new and used from a few of the larger valley dealerships. Outstanding! New to the Phoenix area and needed general service (an oil change). The drivers outside mirror was also wandering. Coming from a background in automot New to the Phoenix area and needed general service (an oil change). The drivers outside mirror was also wandering. Coming from a background in automotive service, I thought possibly the mirror was a mechanical issue. Jake, the service advisor, explained it was just the glass that needed to be replaced. Since my finance and I had just made a 2,000 mile plus trip to move here and we have a service contract on the Volvo, he suggested a complete check over of the vehicle just in case there were any issues that we were not aware of. What great work your team did to catch a broken engine mount and a broken sway bar link~all covered under the contract! Also great that the team found the rear brake pads were wearing unevenly! It was greatly appreciated! We will be back with out 2007 Volvo S80! More
