We just relocated from Chicago to Scottsdale. Car was shipped via an auto shipper. Within a few hours the car had a gas smell. We waited a few days and decided it was time to go to service. We confirmed our appointment with Brian prior to departing the hotel. Upon arrival we were met and the car was taken in for observation! Brian reported back to us in less than hour with the issues. The car is 11 years old with 28,000+ miles. He gave us the quote and advised the work would take 5-6 hours. We asked what options were available to us with transportation back to our hotel which was at Scottsdale & Shea. No loaners were available and no loaners were due back in. No rental option available either. He arranged for a staff member to drive us back and for us to be picked up the next day. That worked for us. Pickup day same great service. Leslie picked us up and back we went. Brian met us promptly, told us the car was in great shape. Always good news. Provided us with info on what to expect that now the car was out of the cold and into the heat of desert. You've made a new customer. This is the kind of relationship we desired just like at Howard Orloff Volvo in Chicago. Thanks More
