We make arrangements in advance for a loaner car which is a great service and allows us to get some things done around Phoenix while our car is being serviced. Our service advisors have been very courteous and responsive. Nicole was great about giving me updates throughout the day. She and the service team made sure everything was resolved and took the time at the end of their work day (which happened to be a Saturday) to demonstrate how to address a unique locking/unlocking of the vehicle. More

Friendly, Fast, Fun and Fair! From the the salesman Will, to the finance guy Von, and the Manager EJ, we had the greatest car purchase ever, and we have bought a lot of cars. We found the car online, we called and spoke to Will. He said the car was available. He asked if we wanted to come down and see it. We said yes can we come down today. He said yes I'll have it pulled up and ready for you. Long story short we got there, drove it, loved it Will made it easy, and fun. EJ the manager was funny (those purple shoes are too funny) He worked us a great deal that was fair. We meet the finance guy Von shortly after we agreed on the numbers. He got us in and out. They car I was interested in turned out to have a shade less than 8000 miles although it was clearly advertised as new. It was not, what's more it was a rental..,,. No thanks! More

Outstanding services! I own two Volvo, an S60 and an XC 90 so I'm at the dealer pretty often usually for maintenance. They take excellent care of their customers and, what' I own two Volvo, an S60 and an XC 90 so I'm at the dealer pretty often usually for maintenance. They take excellent care of their customers and, what's most important, they do what they say in the time frame they say! All service staff is friendly, helpful and always available if o have questions/concerns. Mark and Brian are my two favorite there, such nice people! Volvo should be happy yo have such good employees. My dogs love yo go there too, they are spoiled with treats and petted by everybody and that's makes me happy, not many places will accept pets. I'd recommend in a heart beat and I'm sure they will always exceed expectations. More
