Absolute worst experience I wish I never purchased a vehicle from them, this experience from start to finish has been nothing but a headache there is No communication between any of the staff. I purchased a vehicle from Volvo about two months ago, when going to test drive the Vehicle I noticed the car was pulling to the left, I expressed my concerns and they told me it was fine. I had a family friend test drive the vehicle, he noticed it was pulling ( however it was fine ? ) after test driving the vehicle they gave me a call I expressed to them I just had a procedure I didn’t want to make any decisions that we were discussing it they proceeded to keep calling me asking how to finalize it. ( after I told them I just had the procedure I needed to rest before making this Decision) but nope they didn’t care they still do tied to call in with later they would call to tell me that the sales rep noticed it as well on the way back to the dealership? You just then noticed the vehicle pulling? Okay. So finally they “fix” the alignment cars ready to go awesome! I sign on the dotted line and take home my dream car. I purchased my vehicle during the “crash” and I understand things happens. I get it. But what I don’t understand is how your going to have your team tell me they can come to my home and sign the papers then get upset with me when that’s not case, And expect me to drop everything and anything to go and sign the papers. My co-signer and I work complete opposite very busy schedules. when talking with the general manager Trinity trying to explain the situation she was completely rude and had an attitude from the start. When arriving to resign the documents they all sat in the office and stared at my brother and I. ( I am also a manager of a commute no where in xxxx wound you have a general manager behaving this way) and again I get that it was a stressful time but you don’t talk down to people. Finally thought the headache was over and I wouldn’t have to deal with them again! But was I wrong this car has spent more time having it inspected than driving it I would call and ask to have my documents sent over no one would return my calls, no one would know what I was talking about. when having it serviced I was told it was good to go that it was an easy fix and it’s safe to drive! however that was not the case, my car would soon later stall going 60 on the 1-10 almost getting rear ended. All the dash sensors turned on my speedometer stopped working? How could this be they “fixed it” so I decided to take my car to Larry H Miller. On Monday 8/26 Where they would soon later quote me with around $1200 worth of repairs! So I went back in to Volvo on 8/27 with my a family friend to get the physical warranty printed because I still didn’t have it. I talked with Rich, we expressed the frustration we were told they were going to handle it. I then called back on Friday 8/29 to see the update Rich had told me John would be reaching out to Larry H Miller to sort it all out. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! It took Larry H to call John to try and figure it out but no one informed John about this so he was confused and had no clue what Larry H Miller was talking about. I was told by Rich that they would pay for my deductible on the car. HOWEVER THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The service manager at Larry H Miller called to let me know that the car was ready to go that I owed 400+ on it 100 being the deductible. Or I could wait till Tuesday to see if the Volvo would call them back to cover the deductible. However I can’t be out of a car for that long, I already was spending so much money paying for Ubers and Lyfts to take me to and from work. So much for “ wanting to make things right” if I could go back in time I would! But hey Thanks Rich, Don and Trinity for “ making things right “ More

Joe and Jake were great. I drove a long way to check out a specific Toyota truck. I took Joe out 4 wheeling and we had a lot of fun! Unfortunately the truck didn’t work out f I drove a long way to check out a specific Toyota truck. I took Joe out 4 wheeling and we had a lot of fun! Unfortunately the truck didn’t work out for me but Jake really wanted to find me a Toyota that suited me. So I walked out with a really nice 4Runner. Both were very knowledgeable and patient with me. Unfortunately when I got home I realized the key fob wasn’t working and had to pay $400 to replace it. Not the dealers fault but woulda been nice if it had been resolved beforehand. Overall great experience and highly recommend! More
