This guy had above and beyond knowledge of all the used cars he had. We settled on a Hyundai sonata 2015 with 13k miles. We where treated with much respect even before agreeing to buy a car. We also had our handicap child with us which They also went above and beyond by accommodating him. They brought him footballs to play with and offered anything they could to keep him comfortable. Our sales manager Matt Phillips was amazing. He worked with the bank to get the lowest rate possible for us. He had explained to the bank some of our special situations so the bank would take that into consideration when providing the final rate for the loan. This salesmen and sales manager are the perfect team if you want to buy a car here. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Why Make an Appointment? I had an appointment for service. When I brought my car in I was told there would be a two hour wait. When I asked why the wait, the service guy jus I had an appointment for service. When I brought my car in I was told there would be a two hour wait. When I asked why the wait, the service guy just looked at me with a blank look on his face and said - 'Well, it is raining...'. With my 9:30 a.m. appointment, my car was not finished until late afternoon. I had to call and see if my car was done - no call from the service department. I noticed they were taking 'walk-ins' before customers with appointments. What's the point of making an appointment? They did a good job, but did not honor the appointment time. More

When the parts arrived, we dropped off the car and they called and had back to us by lunch, as promised. Great job. More

Horrible Service Stopped because of a check engine light and they said there service department was closed and they told me to find a different dealer. Guy in a top ha Stopped because of a check engine light and they said there service department was closed and they told me to find a different dealer. Guy in a top hat told the other employee not to help me. Amazing how little they care since I didn't buy my car there. Thought Chevrolet was a company that cared about family. My wife also saw the sales associate talking about me when I went in the dealership. Sorry service from all employees. Guses that was why there was no potential customers in the parking lot. More
The first time my wife went to the dealership, no one even bothered to greet her. When she went back to look at a different car several weeks later, she met someone that was willing to help and very nic even bothered to greet her. When she went back to look at a different car several weeks later, she met someone that was willing to help and very nice named Reece. Her first experience test driving the car was perfectly fine, as was mine, and we decided that it would probably be our first choice of vehicle. When I asked about taking it overnight (which I have done from many dealerships, many of which led to purchases) we were told that they never do that because their insurance would not allow it. (I've been able to do this many times by having it signed out to me as being responsible and having them make a copy of a full-coverage insurance card - it would be possible.) We had them run financing and were unable to get it approved for any kind of reasonable rate. We pursued it on our own and got a rate about a third what they could offer from a credit union we had done business with in our home town. They put the car back on the lot as if we had never attempted to purchase it, and when we called, most of the staff didn't even know we'd looked at it. Later, they refused to let us take the car even after the loan was approved and paperwork was signed. We gave them our $2000.00 down payment check, and that still wasn't good enough. They made us wait until all the paperwork for the title had gotten approved, and then made us wait until the bank had accepted the title and sent them the check. It's the largest credit union in our home state and is backed by the air force. It should not be treated as if it were a fly-by-night operation that might screw them over. It's ridiculous that even after we paid our down payment and paperwork was signed, they still would not release the car until all of their precious little dollar signs were to them. They tried to act all innocent and claimed, "Well it's not us, it's the bank - they're doing things backward." It is preposterous and completely unlike ANY other experience I've ever had. So apparently if you don't finance through them, they treat you like you're not worth their time. I will NEVER buy from this dealer again, and were it not for the fact that we really wanted the car and didn't want to travel to get a similar one, we would have told them to shove it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! More
