My husband called a couple more times over the next 10 days with no call back. He finally took the vehicle back to them. They have now had it almost 3 weeks & it still isn't done. Bought Jeep in 2020, when i signed paperwork, i didn't notice it was $2000 more than agreed price, when i ask , was told it was for extended warranty. It was after i went Credit Union that financed it tha notice it was $2000 more than agreed price, when i ask , was told it was for extended warranty. It was after i went Credit Union that financed it that the error was caught. Went back the next day to get my truck that i traded in , They said, Oh ,we have already sold it. So i decided to just keep warranty ang jeep. Then 2 years later ,I keep getting calls from one sales person after another wanting to sell me a truck. It was Volunteer Auto Group,i ask them to quit calling , but its like a telemarketing scam group, Call after call. Still hadnt made the connection that it was same address as Hepperlys in Maryville. looked up owner, guess what , Its owner is Steve Herrerly, got to looking at the number of lawsuits Hepperlys had, guess they changed the name hoping no one would know what a crappy car lot and the 1 star reviews. Don't dare give them your name or phone number, and cover your tag if if you go on to their lot, if you don't buy , be prepared for the calls to star rolling in continually ,trying to sell you a car. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that we had to return the same day because their service department didn't report the issues that were wrong with the vehicle . We were also told to " take out a payday loan" , so that we can have more of a down payment . These salesman here have absolutely no clue how to deal with customers . We were told we wouldn't be able to get into a SUV with the payment we wanted and the down payment we had . After returning the vehicle we went to a different dealership and ended up in a beautiful SUV with a really nice payment in less than 15 min . I'm still receiving letters from auto loan places because they ran our credit over 20 times . DO NOT GO HERE !!! More
This place is garbage. Sold my 20 year old daughter and her bf with no license a car. 5 months later the engine seized up and no longer works. Financed with a 29% interest Sold my 20 year old daughter and her bf with no license a car. 5 months later the engine seized up and no longer works. Financed with a 29% interest rate. This is just summing the experience up. They also didn’t even let her pick the car. Granted she did this without my knowledge but taking advantage of kids like this? Pathetic. GARBAGE PLACE. More
The salesman was great, listened to my needs. I recommend him finding a more honorable car lot to work for. He is too good for them and they don’t deserve him. Now for the car lot themselves, I recommend him finding a more honorable car lot to work for. He is too good for them and they don’t deserve him. Now for the car lot themselves, I do not recommend. My suv broke down within 7 days. Had to pay $130 to get it towed to the closest shop, then when they were informed Monday morning that it was in the shop, they agreed to cover the cost to fix it. Then claimed that they didn’t give the shop permission to fix it, that they would rather tow it 1.5hrs away to fix themselves…. Somehow it’s my fault the shop fixed it after they told them they would cover it? And now will only cover $700 of the $1300 needed to get it out of the shop. They did not stand true to their word and completely lied to my face when they said they take care of their customers. They lied to me when they said they would cover the cost to fix it. I have the messages to prove it. And to top it all off, the “e price” is just $1,000 off, but they acted like it was a “military” discount. No need to lie about a discount. More
Went to look at a 22 civic in July of 2023. Talked with salesperson named Josh on phone and text. Josh told us the price was negotiable so we drove 2 hours to test drive. Loved the car and Talked with salesperson named Josh on phone and text. Josh told us the price was negotiable so we drove 2 hours to test drive. Loved the car and was ready to buy at fair price. KellyBB price $27k-29k. JDPower price $28k-30k. Volunteer auto price was $34500. No negotiations. Asked them to help me understand how the car was worth that price. No explanation. Pay that or leave. Waste of my time. Don't expect a reasonable a price from this dealership. More
