Problem not the service department but other problem. My car was scheduled to be buffed out on the 14th due to some issues when purchased. The major scratch on the left rear fender was fixed but the entir My car was scheduled to be buffed out on the 14th due to some issues when purchased. The major scratch on the left rear fender was fixed but the entire car was supposed to be buffed out to due numerous scratches over the entire car. When I got home last night the only thing that appeared to have been touched was the left rear fender. It is all pretty and shiny. NOTHING else was touched. They didnt even wash the car. My husband had to take it through the car wash to get the buffing compound off or whatever they used. As far as the service department no issues with them what so ever. I called and left a message for Butch to call me and no return call yet. If I wanted to trade this car I would receive less trade in value because of the scratches that are in it. This is something that I was assured would be corrected. But oh well you live and learn. Guess I will have to pay someone to fix them. More
