Won't Listen To Your Requests Super service when I arrived and accommodated with place to set RV. Estimate was ridiculously high. Asked for non-GM parts and was refused. Charged 2- Super service when I arrived and accommodated with place to set RV. Estimate was ridiculously high. Asked for non-GM parts and was refused. Charged 2-3 time as much for parts as needed. When asked why could not use after market parts, they stated that they were a GM dealer and that is all they were allowed to use. I stated that if I had an aftermarket warranty on my vehicle, they would not allow "brand name" parts if other parts were available. One of the 3 service people stated that with GM parts I would get the GM warranty of 100,000 miles and 10 years. After installed, was told that it was a 2 year warranty. That would have been the same as an after marked part. Super long wait time for parts, expected in today's world, over priced parts, and excessive labor time/cost. Would not go back there again unless forced to. Attempted to discuss our concerns with Service when arriving to take vehicle home and fell on deaf ears. Made it known to them, I would not give a good review. More
