Diagnosis required 2 days and faulty parts inventory added an additional day for a total of three days that I had to endure without my vehicle. Chris said that he thought there were two sensors in sto added an additional day for a total of three days that I had to endure without my vehicle. Chris said that he thought there were two sensors in stock, when there was only one. That notwithstanding, after I paid for my vehicle, another service advisor gave me my keys without telling me where it was on the lot or bringing it to me, like other dealerships do. Lastly, unlike other dealerships, no one cleaned my vehicle. I consider this really poor customer service and I will NEVER return to this dealership for service again. I drove 25 miles and passed Butler Chevrolet in Macon to come to Volume Chevrolet in Forsyth, because Butler could not get to it for 3 days. Obviously, getting my truck fixed took about the same amount of time as if it would have had I stayed in Macon and waited the 3 days. Hardly what I expected from a new dealership in my hometown. More

Todd worked really hard to get us in a car that we wanted and could afford. No one tried to push us towards buying anything that was out of our price range, and everyone was very polite and helpful.
