No one followed up for Chris on his day off to keep me updated on repairs. Six days to repair, two separate trips. Also when Chevrolet knows of faulty parts, do not hold the customer up on decisions. If one of my customers point out something faulty , I do not hesitate to do repairs And or replacement. So I'm not blaming it all on the guys at volume. Their hands were somewhat tied for a while. I have purchased several Chevrolet products over the years and would like to continue. I need another truck and SUV. I'm now hesitant to do so. More

I sent a customer to the dealership and he purchased a new vehicle He told the salesman I sent him however he didn’t put me in for a referal.
