I chose Volume Chevrolet due to proximity to my home and available inventory. Since I made my inquiry late at night a sales associate contacted me promptly the next morning asking that I give him a call t available inventory. Zack Carmichael was my sales associate and he provided fast, friendly, and courteous service before and during the buying process. Buddy, the finance guy, provided the same level of service and streamlined our purchase. I showed up mid morning to buy a vehicle and was out in time to drive down and have lunch in Macon. Zack and I spoke about the deal via phone conversation and everything stated during that time held true when we were making the deal. This is a family owned and operated dealership providing exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone. I chose the dealership for generic reasons, but the reasons I will return are very specific and they all have to do with the people who own, operate, and are employed by Volume Chevrolet. Great service, staff and facility. This would have been 5 star but the finance element wasn't as smooth and some of the dealer costs were not obvious. I arrived at Volume Chevrolet around 2pm that afternoon and I never dream of being able to purchase a BRAND NEW vehicle with my credit score. I test drove the 2020 Chevy Spark 1st and I thought that it was a little to small. Them i test drove a bigger SUV but did not like the color. Well, when we got back from test driving i told my Salesman to crunch some numbers. The result was me driving the 2020 Chevy Spark off of the sales lot around 6:30pm. This vehicle only had 19 miles on it. I am getting used to it the longer that I drive it. Tuesday August 04, 2020 I had an appointment to get the oil, oil filter change & the tires rotated for the first time. 005461 miles by the time I drove up there. I live half way between Macon & Gray, Georgia in Jones Count, 31 miles from Volume Chevrolet. My 2020 Chevy Spark get the BEST GAS mileage of any vehicle I have ever own.
