Our salesman, Joseph Grims was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the truck. Our situation was unique in that our other truck had been totaled in an accident 300 miles from home. Lower rating because of how the tech treated my car. I was there for a simple oil change. However, the person driving the car from the parking lot to the service bay decided to drive the car around the p was there for a simple oil change. However, the person driving the car from the parking lot to the service bay decided to drive the car around the parking lot (when the service bay was in front of where the car was parked), gunning the car around the parking, revving the engine while waiting on the bay door to open (the car was still in drive, holding the break and revving the engine), then revving the engine again when moving the car out of the service bay. In the same manner, driving the car around the parking lot and gunning the car. Remind you that this was only for an oil change. This was recorded on the PRD since I had the car in valet mode when I dropped off the car (for this exact reason). Watching the the recording, I spoke with Tiffany and Kenny about how the tech treated the car. As I told them, I've dropped other dealerships for mistreating the car, and I've also excluded them from future purchases of new cars. They did comp the oil change, but I still question what type of work the service department does if they can't treat a car with respect from a simple oil change. More
