This dealership went above and beyond for helping us. We were having trouble with lights on the outside of our camper and we were told it was a truck issue. So we came the Volume. They looked at the truck a were having trouble with lights on the outside of our camper and we were told it was a truck issue. So we came the Volume. They looked at the truck and couldn’t find an issue so the the mechanic looked at our camper and he didn’t need to and he couldn’t find an issue. We found someone to come And look at the camper the next morning and since we didn’t have trailer breaks or lights they let us hook up and stay the night in the back of The building. They were all very friendly and helpful. Will recommend. More

I was driving through town from Michigan to Florida in my 2002 Suburban. I noticed a bad oil leak that looked like a problem with the rear axle. I called several mechanics and other Chevy dealers around Atla 2002 Suburban. I noticed a bad oil leak that looked like a problem with the rear axle. I called several mechanics and other Chevy dealers around Atlanta along my planned route, but all were too busy to look at my truck. I called Volume Chevrolet in Forsyth, GA. Chris said he would be able to look at it that afternoon. Not only did he look at it, he found a leak in the differential cover, found the parts, and had it back on the road to still make it to our originally planned next stop. Everyone was extremely helpful and totally up front. Chris and the mechanic explained best case scenario and worst case scenario, and laid out more than one option. I totally respect the way they handled everything, and I’m very happy that everything worked out for the best case scenario with my old truck. I even got great help from Reggie in Sales when looking at options for buying a replacement. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I wouldn’t normally give dealership prices five stars, but considering the service, convenience, getting the work done on short notice, and the quality of the experience, this was a real bargain.
