The parts department did not have the $49 part to repair my truck but I was charged $139 to diagnose a problem which they could not fix. I would have gladly had them repair the truck but they had not proper my truck but I was charged $139 to diagnose a problem which they could not fix. I would have gladly had them repair the truck but they had not properly stocked their parts department. Asked if the part was available at a nearby dealership and was told No. Their fault but I was charged. Poor customer service. More
