There was a problem with my car and he had the auto tech talk to me about the problem. the tech was very good explaining what had to be done to my car. Thanks to these two guys I will make sure that I will be coming back here. More

Service at Atlantic VW is great! This is the 3rd occasion we dealt with Sean and all have been fantastic from his knowledge as well as his honest caring the whole service concept at Atlantic VW is spot on. Everyone at Atlantic VW is a pleasure to deal with. I have never had to wait longer than told. Everyone from sales staff to service team is respectful of my time and extremely courteous. They have redefined the dealer service experience in my book! The service at Atlantic Volkswagen has always been top notch in the two years that I have owned my car.
