Bought used 2019 VW Passat in August 2022 with 37k miles. Bought service package for oil change & tire rotation for 5 years/ certain amount of times. Thought things were being marked and not being done after the new tires they put on front before I bought the car only lasted 23k miles before belt broke in one tire and was about to break in the other.(this was mid/late 2023) It left me stranded and had to take a day off work and purchase 2 new tires from a place in Dublin. Spoke with Bryce(service manger) and brought him the bad tires. He said he would contact Continental about a warranty repair to see if i could get any money back for the tires not lasting long. I had to call him weekly for updates and he said they would not respond to him. (Don't think they ever called and started warranty request) Now we are April 29, 2024. I schedule an 8:00am appointment online the week before requesting oil service & tire rotation. I drop my car off at 5:30am(have to be at work at 6) and called them at 10:30 to see if it is ready so maybe I could pick it up during lunch and hasn't even been taking back yet. They call me around 1 and let me know my car is ready. I head over after work and go inside and get my paperwork and keys from Cate. Oil service/ tire rotation/ multipoint inspection completed according to paperwork. Of course no charge but I already paid for the $1400 service package when i bought the car. Proceed to my car and notice the same tires that were on the front are still on the front. (took video in front of stealership that morning showing my front tires) I asked for Bryce, he comes out and I explain to him what i found. He assures me that not rotating my tires would cause the belt to break on the older tires that i had happen last year but told him they were about to send me out for another 10k miles causing more ware on the newer front tires. He rushed it back and took care of it personally. Decided to go and see another manager (Dustin) while my car was being worked on. He apologizes and hands me his business card with on the back he wrote "1 free oi change and tire rotation". (I have 3 more years of that for free) That was basically a slap in the face and we are not going to do anything about it. If i call and cancel my Master Tech service contract now they will prorate it and probably won't get most of my money back. If you take your vehicle there for service you will have to mark your tires and do your own inspection because they are just marking paper. I hope they are changing my oil and filter but at this point, who knows. If they are pencil whipping the paperwork, who know if anything is getting done on not just my vehicle but everyone's. I had warranty repair done on parking sensors and my infotainment system before my 5 yr 72k factory warranty ran out. So now it has me questioning that. They more than likely cleared the codes and sent me on my way and when they same sensor goes out for the 3rd time i will have to pay for the repair with my money. Do your job and hold your people accountable! More

I scheduled a service appointment a whole month in advance for them to not have a loaner vehicle for my recall service. I drove an hour for this appointment and all they can say is ole well. It says a lot about a company to make an effort to do what’s right in a situation that goes wrong. A week later still no key, Alan the parts manager was completely apologetic and handled my complaints like a pro! I go to pick up my car and key this morning and with major regret on his face he tells me more bad news, they were sent the wrong key. I was beyond frustrated because I live about 50 miles from the dealership and had to pay a ride for the trip. Not only have they made me feel better about it all by handling it professionally, but they have exceeded my expectations. In this world today, customer service is hard to find. I’m a tough cookie and have high expectations because of being in sales myself. This company makes it right and more. Just giving credit where credit is due, I truly appreciate all you have done! More
NEVER BUY HERE Sold us a lemon, refused to even look at it. Complained to salesman same day and week we purchased after driving. From Virginia keeping MY personal documents for 3 months (even taking them to her home, her words) and getting “fired” for this according to previous manager Brandon to the incompetent service team I’m jus (even taking them to her home, her words) and getting “fired” for this according to previous manager Brandon to the incompetent service team I’m just over this unprofessional dealership. This is my second vehicle from them and time and time again, they show just how horrible they are. I don’t recommend AT ALL! They will mess up and point the fingers at each other without anyone taking full responsibility for their actions. You deserve a dealership you can build a lasting business relationship with based on trust and understanding. More
