It says a lot about a company to make an effort to do what’s right in a situation that goes wrong. A week later still no key, Alan the parts manager was completely apologetic and handled my complaints like a pro! I go to pick up my car and key this morning and with major regret on his face he tells me more bad news, they were sent the wrong key. I was beyond frustrated because I live about 50 miles from the dealership and had to pay a ride for the trip. Not only have they made me feel better about it all by handling it professionally, but they have exceeded my expectations. In this world today, customer service is hard to find. I’m a tough cookie and have high expectations because of being in sales myself. This company makes it right and more. Just giving credit where credit is due, I truly appreciate all you have done! More

NEVER BUY HERE Sold us a lemon, refused to even look at it. Complained to salesman same day and week we purchased after driving. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Been looking for a car for my fiancé and we found the one she loved! After negotiating the price we all agreed upon. We told them we had on financing. Once we got back to sign for car they tried to get us to sign paper at a different price after already negotiating on price! They lied through whole process please STAY AWAY!!! More
