Crappy experience and childish team members. Got a call day later saying that they needed to go deeper and complete the full troubleshooting process. Raised the bill up to 400. The car was fixed the next day, but it turned out to only be the spark plugs from what they told me. I basically paid 400 bucks for my spark plugs to be changed. Now my car has a vacuum leak and the same intake manifold code which they also noticed and said to come back when it clonks out. So the initial issue I went in there for hasn’t been fixed and I still have the same issue and more now. After I went back to see about the warranty, they refused me service because I gave them a bad review on my survey. Super unprofessional and childish. More
Poor customer service Bought a brand new jetta from them on 10/12 from salesman named Ryan, and noticed a couple scratches and a dent that they said they would fix. 2 weeks Bought a brand new jetta from them on 10/12 from salesman named Ryan, and noticed a couple scratches and a dent that they said they would fix. 2 weeks go by the mobile people they hire to fix there vehicles are here. They fix the scratches but they said they couldn't fix the dent. Well the dealership said that there was nothing more they would do for us and pretty much said we are SOL and have to deal with a big ding in the passenger door on a brand new car. Wouldn't recommend buying from here since almost all new vehicles are going to have scratches and dings on them when buying and they won't make it right. Poor customer experience! More

After an extensive test drive, I mentioned a couple of concerns that I had about the car. They more than addressed the concerns and offered service above and beyond what I expected, including a 5 year, 100K mile warranty effective from the date of purchase on a USED CAR. This warranty was INCLUDED in the sale price -- not an expense in addition to the sale price. Because I live some distance from the dealership, they even offered to send a driver to drop off a free loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle to bring it back to Jeff Smith for service -- for no additional cost. I interacted with about five different people while I was there and each one of them was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only less-than-ideal comment about my experience there is that they can be perhaps a little too "persistent" in trying to close the deal, but the many positives they offer far outweighed that annoyance. Kudos to Rick Hall, Ferlando Williams and Anida Blanton, all of whom were particularly helpful. More
Tried to buy a car - beware of add on stickers Viewed dealer site, no prices; called dealer to ask price, was given run around, wanted to know when I was coming to dealership, nagged me for my tele Viewed dealer site, no prices; called dealer to ask price, was given run around, wanted to know when I was coming to dealership, nagged me for my telephone number - all I wanted was the price. Drove to lot on a Sunday, saw the same car the Macon dealer showed price for online, but Jeff Smith had an added $895 for "appearance package," but it was obvious by looking at and ultimately buying the car from another dealer that the two cars were identical. My advice, if the dealer won't put the price on the internet, won't tell you over the phone, and uses add on stickers with unverifiable options, buy the car somewhere else. More
