Buyer Beware!!!! I purchased my used Touareg from them long distance as I live in Northern California and I was taken by Parkway Volkswagen. Do not trust what they say I purchased my used Touareg from them long distance as I live in Northern California and I was taken by Parkway Volkswagen. Do not trust what they say about the vehicle - they don't even know what a USB port is!! The worst part is the tires - the ones they sold on my vehicle are not even rated for it!! And two wheels are bend. This in total will cost me almost $2,000, of which they are not willing to help cover. I have to say the worst part is their dealing with me on the issues. At first I got the sales manager, Donny Levine, on the phone - but he kept telling me he would call me back after he looked at the safety reports, etc. Never got a call back. And then when I would call I would just get transferred around and voice mails. When I finally got another manager he said again he would look into it and call me back - but he didn't. It's pretty sad that you can't trust a dealership to do the right thing and you can't buy a vehicle over the internet these days. Lastly, they kept telling me that the car was owned by the dealership's owner's wife. Don't believe them!!! There is no way the owner's wife would have been given a car with tires that are dangerous as they are not rate for the car. My salesman was Henry and his boss is Donny Levine. Good luck to you on your purchase - I hope this helps you. More

We were looking for a new Jetta and this was the second dealership we went to. We first went to the Volkswagen dealership in Van Nuys, and were treated so poorly that we almost didn't want to buy a Volkswa dealership we went to. We first went to the Volkswagen dealership in Van Nuys, and were treated so poorly that we almost didn't want to buy a Volkswagen anymore. Before we gave up, we stopped by the Valencia Volkswagen dealership and couldn't have been more satisfied with their customer service and how easy it was to buy a car. We left with our new Jetta and we are extremely happy... I definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership and working with Tom Mergener. More
We bought a new 2003 VW Jetta at this dealer. The service is HORRIBLE, when you call the service dept. (no matter who you talk to) they are rude, unhelpful, but very eager to "get your car in asap". Their ma is HORRIBLE, when you call the service dept. (no matter who you talk to) they are rude, unhelpful, but very eager to "get your car in asap". Their major 30,000 and 60,000 miles $400 service is a complete rip off. Even Jiffy Lube offers the same for $40. We also bought the extended warranty (8 years / 100,000 miles) at the time of purchase. We called to take the car for service. The car now (Aug. 2006)has more than 50,000 miles. The dealer does not want to grant the repairs stating the car has more than the original manufacturer's warranty. We mentioned the extended warranty we bought to what they said. We destroy the records after one year, look for your extended warranty contract and bring it in for us to review it". What? Yes, just like you read it. The service is so bad that Volkswagen headquartes have called people in this town (Valencia) surveying the dealer. Not long after, almost the complete staff was replaced, but the bad and rip off fees service still as horrendous as it was before. Like someone once told me; "the fish stinks from the head". I would strongly recommend not to EVER buy from them. More
