The vehicle was priced very competitively and and was detailed very nicely at time of pick up. I made it VERY clear I wasn't buying, just passing through, driving home to Chicago. Tamara told me where the car was in the lot and I went outside. She came out with the key AND, I was shocked, a map of all the charging stations in the Chicago area!!! She did not hesitate to take the time to tell me all about the ID4 and I am very excited to get one because of all the information I was given. More
Sales staff were friendly, professional and listened to our needs. Negotiations were fairly quick and both sides were able to meet in the middle for an acceptable outcome for all. My experience with vw of Streetsboro went rather well. It seemed there was some miscommunication between the sales manager and I throughout the buying process but we came to a deal and all worked out well. God bless my children, for the birthday gift of the down payment!! I cried!! So sales was fine!! Driving it off the lot the hesitation in the gas pedal was there...but a weekend at Myrtle Beach was also in payment!! I cried!! So sales was fine!! Driving it off the lot the hesitation in the gas pedal was there...but a weekend at Myrtle Beach was also included in this blessing. It's a new car. I noticed Driving this big V6, SUV...it has little power pushing this big vehicle!!! That hesitation in the gas...no thrust is loud and annoying when it's time to move!! But the greatest disappointment is Volkswagen insulting my intelligence...because I'm an African American female...saying they find nothing wrong with the fact that you go from 0 to 15 mph before the car gains any momentum!! Discrimination, racist, gender prejudice...what?? Why?? More
Visited with no appointment to look at a vehicle we saw on the web. Aaron met us as we entered. Everyone treated us very politely and professionally and we ended up buying a car. It was a very busy Saturday but the the team was very attentive to us through the whole purchase process. All in All one of the better dealership visits I have had. More
Traumatizing Experience. Mike in finance was rude and Tammy in sales was even more rude to me. I went to them to see my options i getting out of my lease early due to being over my miles. At first tammy Tammy in sales was even more rude to me. I went to them to see my options i getting out of my lease early due to being over my miles. At first tammy was super nice to me and caring. as time went on and after she gathered my information her and mike began to tell me i didn’t make enough to get a car which i knew was complete BS. i work THREE hospital jobs getting paid 3 times what i made when i got my leased vehicle in 2018. I began to question how I don’t make enough and as I questioned them because it didn’t make sense that excuse of me not making enough was no longer valid and it then became other excuses but still NO COMMUNICATION. I witnessed another finance guy negotiating with banks to help another young kid get a car that he couldn’t afford and be so patient to make sure he was okay & satisfied. The worst part of this whole experience is that Tammy goes to get mike and he comes to sit down to “explain my options” he sits down and in front of everyone in the whole dealership, customers included says “do you have 5,000 to give me” i said no (because at this point what would 5,000 give me? what car? you’re not giving me options and explanation & coming off very rude) he responds “well here is your key, have a great day” i asked “so if i don’t give you 5,000 i’m stuck in a lease? he said “yes” and proceeded to walk away. the whole time tammy is sitting there with a smirk on her face and I walked off crying. I went to my car and everyone in the dealership was laughing and smirking. I go to this dealership regularly for my service on my car and NEVER EVER have issues with the guys in service but this is by far the most distasteful, disrespectful and to me raciest situation i’ve been in. I went back in and spoke to tammy and asked why was he so rude and why did her whole demeanor change with me? she said she didn’t hear what he said but heard what I said. This is a disgusting way to treat your guest & customers. When i went back a second time. Tammy helped me, her and the financial guys now knowing i have a high down payment try to attempt to do what they can but only for cars that i do not want but are the same price as the cars i’m actually interested in. tried to give me a 2020 jeep but not the 2018 tiguan. when i said i’ll stick to the deal i have elsewhere after asking for more money etc they then begged me to work with them. THEY SCAM!!!!! They are raciest!!!!! they are sexist and i will never buy my vehicle there. only get it serviced because the service department is amazing. Even Brian the General Manager was apart of this!! More
