We had some work done of our 2015 EOS, and they always wash the car before returning it. The car wash knocked a small cover plate off the passenger side of the car. They ordered a new plate, had to paint it, and it took them about 3 hours to install the cover plate. There was never a question about cost. They covered it. Brought my 2018 Passat in to scan the computer as to why my EPC light came on during recent trip. Car was surging...at the time I was using my cruise control...they scanned, and couldn't find any instance o my EPC light came on during recent trip.
