Came to this dealership 4months ago to lease a 2019 taquan, Julio was a great help to my family and I made sure we where comfortable, and was very kind when I couldn't find documents I needed In the ca taquan, Julio was a great help to my family and I made sure we where comfortable, and was very kind when I couldn't find documents I needed In the car i was trading in, it took a while for us to get the approval or apprasal from the bank for a yes or no on us getting the vehicle, julio was so nice enough to walk across the street and get us pizza, that was my best experience with my first time leasing a car at a major dealership. Also the Manager Chris was very helpful and honest with payments and even made me feel comfortable by asking was the price that to much to lease they treating us like family there and they took there time More

buyer beware - and read the fine print carefully Purchased a used car after lengthy negotiations with the sales manager and agreed to one dealer fee of $899 plus tags and taxes. Then shuffled off to the finance section (even though I was paying cash) to sign dozens of documents with print so small you couldn't make it out even with reading glasses. Later found out that about $350 in additional dealer fees was added to the contract without my knowledge. When I complained, the sales manager (who suddenly lost his smiles and glad handing) basically said too bad and go ahead and complain to whoever you want - I don't care. Very dishonest dealership. I have filed a BBB and Florida Attorney General Complaint. More

It’s a shame to have to write this review, I've held off for a while hoping everything would be fixed. I bought a brand new 2019 Volkswagen Passat after trading in my 2017 Chevy Camaro, Originally May 20th 2019. The dealership said they have some sort of deal where when trading a car in they need 10 days to get the title and payoff, the bank they Chevy was with was 20 days. A few days go by and the dealership stated they got me a better deal with finance and wanted to resign at a lower monthly cost at the same rate. I agreed and signed. Almost a month goes by and something along the lines they messed up and I had to resign again! With them driving two hours to my house to resign another contract. Meanwhile this car has been driving under its warranty 6 years or 72,000 miles, with work being 100 miles a day 3.5 days or more a week, under no official contract that I thought was already in place. When I bought the car it had just a little over 200 miles on it by the time the contract was finally set in place I had nearly 3,000 miles on the car, which now per the contract I've actually lost warranty mileage. [ASIDE] I also JUST GOT my coupon book in the mail with the services for the warranty, which the first one is already not able to be used due to the mileage being exceeded. When the final contract was signed the millage did not reflect the actual car. In addition, like I said I sold them the Camaro in May the 20th. They said they'd take care of the trade in car within the 20 days, and I didn't have another payment on the Camaro for 20 days when I first traded in the car on May 20th. More than 20 days goes by and the bank I financed the Camaro with says they haven't received payment or a payoff for the car and I had to pay $569. I paid the $569 so my credit didn't get hit. I let the dealership know of this issue and they said they would pay me back and requested a NEW payoff from the bank, sort of fishy when they had gotten the payoff the first time that night I bought the Passat. Nearly three months back and forth, with text messages to prove with the manager, they'd pay me back the $569. This week they sent me a check for a little over $300. I called the manager to ask what the deal is, they hung up the phone the first time after they had my number in there phone for months, I called back a second time they played as if they had no idea who I was and I had to explain everything again. They told me they were off that day and would check the next day, with no response. I'm at the point now that I'm going to have to talk to an attorney and may have to take this matter to claims court just to settle this issue and all the issues associated in purchasing this car. Time frame is still shocking me 05/20/2019 - 08/18/2019... THIS IS the longest car purchase in my life. More
Great Salesperson I have been a customer at VW South Motors for the last 9 years (leasing cars) and now going on a new 4 years lease.. And cannot complain much; however, on this term lease I have say that I was Very Satisfied with the service and help provided by the salesperson - Julio Rodríguez.!! For the Firs time I felt Honesty and Helpful from a Dealership Salesperson (nornally they will just lie to get their commission) Julio Rodríguez showed that he only cared for the Customer to be happy with the car and to satisfied with the monthly payments.. i would referred Julio Rodríguez 100% .. if anyone is looking for Honesty !! Oil change from xxxx . DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. On April 22nd i went in for an oil change. 1 hr and half later car is ready. I leave and and few miles away the engin . DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. On April 22nd i went in for an oil change. 1 hr and half later car is ready. I leave and and few miles away the engine light comes on. Later i go pick up my daughters from school and as I'm waiting the car starts acting crazy and accelerating by itself while parked. After leaving the school on our way to my daughters gym and my work i called the dealer and told them what was going on. I was told to the car back the next morning. I get home after work at 8:30 pm and see that the front of the car is covered in oil. I open the hood and there's oil everywhere, all over the engine and dripping from the side of the car. They FORGOT TO PUT THE OIL CAP ON!! I drove for more than 2 hrs in this car with my daughters inside, a car that could've gone up on flames. I called and of course they were closed. Called in the morning and was told to take the car in, what?? You want me to drive a car with no oil in it?? They ended up sending a tow truck that took 2 hrs. We get to the dealer, the service representative apologises and tells me they are going to clean the engine and do an inspection. 2 hrs later comes back says the car is ready. I went open the hood to check, its still cover in oil, it looked like they just cleaned it with paper towels. There was still oil all over the front, the windshield, everywhere. They take the car back again, clean it. 45 min later car is ready. While i was there the manager, Shawn, never came to apologize, instead he was too busy walking around the dealer with his Starbucks ice tea in hand. I left a white board under the car to check for any oil leaks, the next morning it was still leaking. I looked under the car, they didn't put the engine bottom shield on!! I called VW and opened a complaint against the dealer, they wouldn't even return the regional managers calls. Finally we get a call from Shawn saying to take the car back that they were going to put the shield on and do a complimentary detailing on the car. Took the car, got a loaned car, 3 days later get a call the car is ready. Went picked it up. Less than hour later i look in the front compartment and notice all our stuff is gone, registration, insurance, my daughters school pick up cards, EVERYTHING WE HAD IN THE CAR GONE. We called and they said there was nothing they could do other than to reimburse us for the cost of getting a copy of the registration, a whole $12. Now we don't know who has all our personal information and most importantly our daughters information. We went 5 times to these place to fix their mistakes, not once did a manager come to talk to us. I asked for a reimbursement of the service package we purchased (this was the first oil change since we bought the car), they denied that request. So now I would have to drive 1 hr to the dealer in Davie for service, because i definitely will not go back to this place. More
