I called to bring my almost brand new vehicle in for service because the charging door wouldn't open, they said I could be scheduled same day and to come on in. When I arrived, staff lacked attention an service because the charging door wouldn't open, they said I could be scheduled same day and to come on in. When I arrived, staff lacked attention and did not have any record of my call. I arrived at 3:30pm on a weekday when the service center closes at 6, but no service advisor could be bothered to do an intake on the vehicle. Instead, she chose to have me fill out an after-hours envelope to drop off the vehicle. Once they parked my vehicle later in the evening, I noted in the VW app they couldn't be bothered to lock my car. Hopefully they have security overnight. The next day, they worked on the vehicle and basically blamed it on me for not unlocking the car when opening the charging door, although I tried locked an unlocked. No charge service trip, and issue seems to be resolved, but I do not feel I will return to this dealer for service, More

AVOID THIS PLACE Wow how quickly a rating can change. They told me they would handle the appointment and also ask if i needed a complimentary loan car. I never received the appointment and after waiting 10 days i got another call with the same proposal but this time Vista said they didn’t have a loaner but if i could wait then i would be scheduled fir the following week ,which i said would be fine. I never got a call and on Tuesday 2-27 i spoke with Sophia and told her the whole story which she said she would tell her service manager ti call me. That never happened!!! I called again today and explained the whole story again fir the third time and she said she emailed her service manager Fernando Arceo . THIS GUY NEVER CALLED ME AGAIN . 2014 VW PassatI brought my car to this dealership 2014 VW Passat I brought my car to this dealership because it was having an intermittent starting issue but it wasn’t throwing any codes. I towed my 2014 VW Passat I brought my car to this dealership because it was having an intermittent starting issue but it wasn’t throwing any codes. I towed my car to this specific dealership after it stalled on me because I’ve trusted them with my car since 2014 when I bought it from them. They’ve always been upfront and honest about my cars repairs until this particular time. They kept my vehicle for three days and the service advisor Greg assured me that the service technician Dave Beazer had been there forever and knows VW cars in and out and that the problem was my battery and the vacuum pump which would need to be replaced for 1600 dollars. I gave Greg the green light to go ahead and fix it if that would get me back on the road. After keeping my car for three days and not giving me a loaner I went back to the dealership because I hadn’t heard anything from Greg and he told me that my car was ready and it was being washed. I paid the 1600 dollars and drove my car home once it was ready. 5 minutes from my home my car started shaking and stalled on me. I called the dealership and asked to speak to Greg as soon as it happened and he told me that they were closing in 20 minutes and since it was Saturday they wouldn’t be open until Monday but he wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I took the car back and Greg still didn’t have a loaner to give me for my inconvenience I had to tell him that I didn’t have a way back home and after two and a half hours he finally put me in a rental from enterprise. After 3 days with the rental Greg puts me in a loaner because they were coming out of pocket for the rental and it’s easier on them if I bring the loaner back. After having the loaner for a week and them having my car for two weeks Greg then calls and assures me that the issue was the fuel pump and the fuel pump control module and it’s going to run me 1900 more dollars on top of the 1600 that I spent for them to get it right the first time . I called different 2 VW dealerships and both of them around the same area quoted 700 dollars less with both parts and labor to fix my car with oem parts. I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership, I bought my car from them and I’ve serviced my car with them every year since it was bought from them. I’ve replaced everything with this dealership and for them to treat me how they did and price gouge for their services is beyond absurd. They need to train their technicians to not make assumptions. I could’ve avoided paying 1600 dollars for an issue that I didn’t bring the car in for. I definitely won’t be bringing my car here anymore and I will stop recommending them to all my colleagues and family members that own Volkswagens. I’m more disappointed then upset because I thought I actually found a dealership that I can trust to fix my car without the games. More
