Although I ended up buying my car from them and they did give me a good deal, the customer service was definitely lacking. The original person I had an appointment with was too busy so they assigned someone give me a good deal, the customer service was definitely lacking. We kept on saying that we were pressed with time I was there 4+ hours mostly becuase they didn't seem to have no sense of urgency. I also felt they weren't listening to my concerns or requests. At the end of the day, I wouldn't go back there. More
