I regret to say that our experience at the Pompano dealership was highly disappointing, warranting a one-star rating. Despite being repeat customers ( this would be our 3rd car), our appointment was m dealership was highly disappointing, warranting a one-star rating. Despite being repeat customers ( this would be our 3rd car), our appointment was mishandled upon arrival, leading to confusion and a significant delay. The disorganization extended to the lot, making it difficult to identify available vehicles. This lack of efficiency compounded our frustration, especially considering our previous car purchases.Furthermore, the condition of the dealership itself was subpar, with a dilapidated building and unsanitary bathrooms. Our dissatisfaction peaked during the finance stage, as we observed the manager struggling with software, prolonging our already lengthy visit well into the evening. This series of setbacks left us feeling disheartened and eager to leave.However, it's worth noting that amidst the chaos, our salesperson, Devington, stood out for his great service and extensive knowledge of the brand and cars. Despite his efforts, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. We sincerely hope that our feedback will prompt improvements and transform the car buying process into a more enjoyable endeavor for future customers. More
