Just OK The service advisor was very nice, but he transposed the mileage of my car on the intake sheet. I brought the car in for an oil change, headlamp replacement and 120K mile service, but since it was logged in as 112K miles, the maintenance was not performed. I will now need to schedule another appointment. In addition, I have had a problem with condensation in the drivers side headlight cover since Orland Park VW replaced light bulbs last year. I brought the car back to them in 2018 but the problem was never resolved. I believe this was a result of something the dealer did, but there has been no accepting of responsibility. Another disappointment. This is a little thing, but I think they should bring you to the cashier when the car is ready. Customer should not have to wait for the car wash to be completed. My car is a 2012 Jetta and I take very good care of it, making sure to keep up with the maintenance schedule. Each time I bring my car to this dealership, I am left just a little disappointed. This was my first VW experience. I purchased my first VW this year and it was time for my first oil change. I went on a Saturday, they informed me that there was a recall on the coola I purchased my first VW this year and it was time for my first oil change. I went on a Saturday, they informed me that there was a recall on the coolant bottle so they replaced it, did the oil change AND washed and vacuumed my vehicle. The wait was a little longer than I expected but Overall, 5 stars!!!!! More

I will travel farther for better service I had an engine light come on my VW Beetle. I was told t come in at 8 am. I did not leave until 3.5 hours later. When I left I hear a rattle and I stopped and opened the hood, to find that they did not close the cover and air vent so it was rattling around! I also found a pry bar in the engine! My contact Sergio was very kind and did his best to assist. but the mechanic was negligent. I will travel to the countryside location for future service. More

Unexpected Disappointment - From appointment to service I called twice before taking my 2019 Beetle in for an oil change. I wanted to make an appointment. Both times I was told I needed no appointment and I called twice before taking my 2019 Beetle in for an oil change. I wanted to make an appointment. Both times I was told I needed no appointment and to just come by. Both times the service department told me there was no such “just come by” situation and was told to make an appointment. After the first time I called to make an appointment. The woman on the phone, I think Lori, refused to make an appointment and I went back in. Instead of leaving, I called from the parking lot and got her on the phone and handed it to the service guy who had not believed I was told what I was. Busy people do not need this kind of mix up once, let alone twice. More

I asked them to wash my car and it did come out better than previous times but It is still not at the quality I would like. They don’t completely dry the car so my rims always have water marks after. This time, the bottom side of the car still had dirt so either that part was not dried or washed. Overall, they do an amazing job servicing the car but I wouldn’t recommend a car wash unless they can guarantee to leave it like a show room car. More

Busy Day in Service It was an usually busy day in service because of the weather/ snow. He explained to me that had been backed up and that the wait was and hour or possible hour and a half.
