The worst service department ever! . I have had nothing but problems getting my VW Touareg serviced by this dealership. Oil dripping on my garage floor after oil changes. Failed to rese . I have had nothing but problems getting my VW Touareg serviced by this dealership. Oil dripping on my garage floor after oil changes. Failed to reset service required light. Didn’t put a next service reminder sticker in the windshield. They broke a splash guard when removing it for an oil change which cost me $250 to replace. The service manager won’t even talk to me about it after multiple promises from the service writers that he would call me. Take your VW to Autobarn in Countryside instead. More

VW of Orland Service Dept. I rate it a big zero. I had my 60 mile service check up and I don't think they changed the oil. My oil light came on two days after I had it done. I took it back to them . had my 60 mile service check up and I don't think they changed the oil. My oil light came on two days after I had it done. I took it back to them . They said make an appointment so they could check the oil sensor. I left it with them for two days . They said they found nothing wrong with it. I drove it home and the next day the oil light came on again and it said "change the oil". I took it back AGAIN and they said I would have to make ANOTHER appointment . At this point I took it somewhere else and had the oil changed. That service company said they think the oil was never changed. I went back to VW service dept and complained about it. They again told me that they changed the oil but I doubt it very much. Now, another light came on for windshield washed needed and when I pointed that out and asked wasn't that supposed to be done in the 60,000 mile check up, the service dept said "ONLY IF YOU ASK FOR IT" !! So, I left.........disgusted!!!! I LOVE MY CAR BUT DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
