Everyone involved, especially Hillary Olson was extremely ef I can't thank Hillary enough for making sure everything was done on my car. There were 2 major repairs control arm brackets & turbo replacement. H I can't thank Hillary enough for making sure everything was done on my car. Hillary contacted the extended warranty co at least 3-4X for permission for repairs & replacement, made arrangement for rental car - a loaner car was not available & made sure everything went well. The only out-of-pocket expense was my $100 deductible. Thank so much, Hillary for taking good care of everything -you're the best! More
