I've been going to Volkswagen dealership for years in Orland. And I've always experienced good service. For this last service I came across some difficulties with inconsistencies from some of the employe Orland. And I've always experienced good service. Chris (the manager in parts dept) was able to ease my irritability when I spoke to him and assured me that what I needed done would be handled expeditiously.
