We saw the car I wanted on a Sunday, called the next day to ask the price. It was higher than we wanted to pay for a used, second car so that ended the call. A salesman called the next day to see what numbers we were thinking of, told us to come in and perhaps come to an agreement. We did, were treated with respect (something lacking in today's view of "customer service") and came to an agreement which pleased us and, I hope, them. I drove off with the red Jetta I wanted and am delighted with it and all the people we encountered at Volkswagen of Orland Park. More

He is upfront with each car and its features by showing you all the package options and price points, as well as explaining the various differences in each package option and its price. I really enjoyed my time @ the dealership, which is more than what I can say about my experience in the past with other dealerships. -I really can't say enough good things about Syed. He was just so great and honest! Yes, I know...I said honest. However, it's the truth. He was very upfront about my car buying process by updating on each step of the process, so I wasn't left in the dark and/or clueless. VW is one of the only dealership where one can ACTUALLY sit in an office and disuss car buying...unlike, any other car dealership I have been to. VW of Orland is just a private, nice, and refreshing setting for car shopping. I love VW of Orland to the point where i am seriously looking forward to my oil chnage....just so I have an excuse to stop in. I love my Passat!!!! I NEVER have to turn on of off my lights or windshield wipers. It has auto windshield wipers and lights with beautiful, jaw-dropping LED tail-lights and BLUETOOTH!!!!
