As a recent college graduate and first time car buyer, many dealerships would not work with my because of my lack of credit history. The sales staff was very helpful in laying out all of my options, and also helping me stay within my budget. Like many people, I have serious reservations about bringing in a vehicle to be fixed. Poor experiences in the past at other service shops and dealerships have left me uneasy, unsatisfied, and occasionally upset. Upon the strong urging of a friend, I brought my VW Passat into Orland Park Volkswagen. It did not take long to realize that this service department was unlike any I have ever been to before. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and most important to me, they were honest. The service manager, Ed, went out of his way to make sure I understood the issues my Passat was having and how his team will resolve them. He was genuinely concerned with my car and my satisfaction with the service. I could not be happier with the experience and I will only use Orland Park for any issues my car encounters in the future.
