I drove over four hundred miles to get my our new Jetta wagon. It took three emails and no phone calls to make the car deal. After the deal was made Joe called and we made arrangements to pick up our new c wagon. It took three emails and no phone calls to make the car deal. After the deal was made Joe called and we made arrangements to pick up our new car. Rich picked me up at the train station I was in and out of the dealership in no time. I saved over two thousand dollars by going to see these guys. That was just on the car. My local dealer wanted to charge me two thousand dollars more then Joe! After my train trip and gas, I ended up saving a total of eighteen hundred dollars on this car compared to buying it local. I already had my financing arranged before I arrived, Joe asked what rate I had and then told me he could do better. HE DID! After excepting Joe's offer to get me better financing I ended up saving a total of four thousand dollars on the financing. That is a grand total of six thousand dollars I saved by going to see these guy's! This all happened while our local area was running commercials for shopping local. It was a big campaign here in our area. We tried to by this car/financing local but as you can see our local people only had one thing on there mind, taking advantage of us. When I arrived at Volkswagen of Orland Park Rich Munoz was very nice and not at all pushy, which was very important to me. He was patient, attentive and he took time to answered all my questions. I never felt pressured, pushed or rushed to make a decision. I also like the fact that he did not hound me with numerous calls like I have experienced with other dealerships. My first experience at Volkswagen left me with a very good impression not only with the salesmanship, Rich, but also because of the quality of the cars. After a long week of car shopping at different dealerships Volkswagen of Orland Park stuck in my mind and I went back for a second test drive. Rich was just as pleasant and helpful as he was the first time I saw him and again I never felt pressured. I fell in love with the Jetta and decided to buy it.
