Finally, a dealership that stands behind what it promotes!!! I bought my very first Volkswagen this year on February 28th and had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The staff was extremely polite, not pushy and very knowledgeable. You could tell from the moment you walked in the door that they had it together as a dealership and you would be taken care of in all departments. The sale went very smooth and in a timely fashion and I was on my way in just about an hour. After having the car just a few short days I did have several issues with the car itself, no reflection on the dealership what so ever! A very long story short the issues continued on until July where both the dealership and myself had enough. We both came to a very agreeable arrangement and they swapped the car out and made it right!!! All without having to get nasty and without having to lawyer up. This dealer has incredibly high ratings for a reason, they bend over backwards to help the customer in what is right. I received my new vehicle on July 19th and can honestly say I would recommend this dealer to anyone! The best news is they are opening a dealer closer to me so I will be taken care of based on the same fundamentals this dealership is built upon.
