I had no intention of stopping at this dealership. I made a left turn a bit early and that's where i met a great group of people. Kamila greeted me and I learned she has the patience for a novice car s made a left turn a bit early and that's where i met a great group of people. Kamila greeted me and I learned she has the patience for a novice car shopper. She asked questions to really understand my needs and took the time to understand my concerns as I decided between the car I had wanted for more than five years (Nissan Altima) and the car I bought from her. She even got me to test drive two cars as she explained the mechanics of each. A car gets me where I need to go. Kamila and her co-workers at Orland Volkswagen earned my respect and loyalty. She contacted me to check in (over a couple of weeks) as I took time making my decision and was not annoying like some salespeople can be. Her voice messages indicated she cared that I made the right decision for me regardless of the outcome for her. I really liked that! I will tell everyone about my great experience at Orland Volkswagen and I hope Kamila makes hundreds of drivers happy with their car buying decision. All the people I met at this dealership (sales, service, finance and even the owner) made me feel like part of their family. You don't get that kind of welcome in many places anymore. More

From the minute I walked through the door, VW of Orland was nothing but helpful. I was unsure what I wanted to purchase, so they let me explore all the availble options and were very flexible with what I w was nothing but helpful. This was literally THE best car buying experience either of us have ever had. Rich was great. He really listened to what we had to say and was not the least bit pushy--not to mention he was just such a ni of us have ever had. Rich was great. Ralph was great too with helping us to get our payment what we needed it to be. When we came to an agreement everything was so smooth--fastest deal ever and even the owner came in to thank us for our business! We were both shocked at such amazing customer service! I had been shopping for a new volkswagen for the last couple months and had a fair share of unpleasant experiences, to be short. I walked into this place disgruntled and ready for the worst, but was pleasantly surprised by the honest, polite, "no-games" service that welcomed me. Kamila and the staff are extremely fair, level-headed, and very helpful. I found exactly what I wanted without feeling pressured and at a great price. Before I drove the vehicle off the lot, Kamila, on her own accord, took plenty of time to give me a full rundown of all the features the car had to offer and made sure I knew how to operate them properly. Very impressed to say the least. I would highly recommend seeing her for a stress-free car buying experience. More
