Kamila was very straightforward, as was her sales manager, about the deal and I never felt like there were any gimmicks or games being played. It was a very honest, straightforward discussion. Just like the first time Drew Lanum and the staff Volkswagen of Orland Park rolled out the red carpet. The process was so smooth, and believe it or not, a pleasure. We were so pleased with the service and pricing that we walked out with 2 new cars! Drew took the time to explain everything to us in details and answered all our questions. Drew is very knowledgeable and patient. He took my wife and I out to the inventory lot countless of times to look at different models and color combinations, and at no point did he seem bothered or frustrated with us.
