Not only did Andrew and Sebastian get me into a brand new Jetta, which I am falling in love with, they did not give up on me. They went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible switching from a Passat to a Jetta, and I will forever be thankful to them for listening to my needs and being patient with me through out the entire process. We just came in to look and found everyone we encountered to be very nice and not pushy. Van originally started with us but had another customer who was there first so Rich took over. He was wonderful and answered every question we had. I have to say in 50 some odd years of purchasing cars this is the first time I actually ENJOYED it! After we purchased the car Rich took time to explain everything to us and show us each feature on the car and how it worked, right down to how the trunk opened and even helped us pair the phone with the bluetooth in the car and call CarNet to set that up. I feel that I can call him at any time to ask a question if I have one. I will certainly recommend this dealership and Rich to everyone. By the way - I LOVE my car!!! More

Dave knew I was coming in for a new car and knew which one I wanted. It was snowing by the time I got there and the car was pulled inside all ready for me to look at and fall in love with. I was incredi one I wanted. It was snowing by the time I got there and the car was pulled inside all ready for me to look at and fall in love with. I was incredibly nervous being a first time buyer/leaser of a new car. I felt very comfortable and was put at ease. He let us print off our insurance card so I can be ready when I finally left. After all the paperwork was done and the keys were in my hands he had the car pulled in front and ready for me. He sat with me for a while making sure my phone was connected to the Bluetooth. Explained every feature in detail so I was ready to know my car the way I'm supposed to. The next day I received a text from him saying that he hoped I was enjoying my new car and to let him know if I had any questions and that my follow up check was in the schedule. A few days later I did have a question and I texted him early in the morning and he immediately responded. Very very impressed with everyone at this dealership. More
