3rd time, still a charm at VW of Orland Park I'm admittedly a car guy and I've bought and sold a lot of vehicles. Got our first VW a few years ago and a few months later bought another. Fast forward two years and another kid and our Tiguan wasn't quite as big as we would have liked. Worked out a deal to buy our third VW from Volkswagen of Orland Park, from the same salesperson as well (thanks Kamila)! Deal was easy to work, despite the fact I was on vacation in Europe. Each of the three vehicles was just as easy to buy as the first. Up front and honest about the transactions make this dealership a place to return to for me. The staff is inviting and friendly, even if you are working with a different salesperson. We were greeted by a friendly smile who let us know that "Kamila was inside and very excited to see us". Paperwork was fast and the car was perfect. I look forward to more VW purchases at VW of Orland Park. More

Awesome Service My Dad and I were shopping for a new car, and came across the one at a different dealer. We could not believe how rude they were and how disrespectful My Dad and I were shopping for a new car, and came across the one at a different dealer. We could not believe how rude they were and how disrespectful they were at this other dealership. We were beyond excited when we found the same exact one at the Volkswagen of Orland Park. Rich Stephan helped us over the phone and had the car put aside and cleaned so it was ready for our visit and Rich Munoz helped us through the whole process and sealed the deal. These two could not be any nicer and they told us they wanted to earn our business, they knew customer service. Dustin Hill also helped with our trade in and was extremely nice as well. Bottom line, the service was amazing, and these guys knew how to sell cars, professionally, and treat their customers right. I could not be more satisfied with my car and will never forget the great service I experienced when purchasing it. We will NOT be returning to that first dealership, but we will be back to the Volkswagen Orland Park as much as possible, and we will be referring them to everyone we know. Thanks again guys! More
