this is the second time they have had to keep my vehicle for a day and i've had to go to work and they have told me they don't have any loaner cars i was the first car to and i came early at 7:30am. I had t for a day and i've had to go to work and they have told me they don't have any loaner cars i was the first car to and i came early at 7:30am. I had to call my Boss of all people to call off and try and find a ride home so my boss came to get me and let me use the company car for a day how embarrassing for me. I looked really needy and now work is not the same because now i feel like i owe my boss and anything i'm asked of i need to do it whether or not i'm getting paid for it or not I don't like this feeling. The most disrespectful person i ever met! Arrogant, unprofessional calls himself (GSM). I feel sorry for this dealership if he is in charge. I’m sure i won’t be the only one to have this opinion. I almost called the police. I did the correct thing and left. I called back to ask for the owner and was told he comes in once a year. Wow! What an experience! I hope corporate finds out about this person before he does more damage. I DEMAND AN APOLOGY! Time will tell that this bad attitude will repeat. I hope he gets fired! More
