Do not buy and extended warranty from Volkswagen Had an extended warranty from Volkswagen for 90K miles. I needed a new engine according to service department - until they found out I had extended w Had an extended warranty from Volkswagen for 90K miles. I needed a new engine according to service department - until they found out I had extended warranty. Warranty company would only pay for top half of engine replacement. 2 weeks later the car started on fire and completely destroyed. Warranty company never paid!!!!! More

Need a car.. Edwin is your SALES GUY!!! I went into VW of Orland with my mind made up that I was actually going to get a different car from a different dealer (an Audi to be exact). I really liked the VW and Edwin Bilo did a great job with explaining everything to me about VW. I actually looked at other dealers for VW and I could have bought a way cheaper car for lower miles but I chose to give me business to Edwin because he did such a good job. Very comfortable to work with and he will try to give you the best deal possible. More

He does not fit the salesman stereotype because he was not pushy, listened to what I was looking for in my new car and delivered exactly what I wanted - no games, no BS!!!
