Conclusion was that a front tire may be the problem but nothing could be found wrong with tires. The time they spent insuring everything was OK was appreciated. For now, I will continue monitor the noise and then make decision about tires which only have 20,000 miles on them. More
Visiting too often for similar problems. Since passing 100,000 miles, I have visited this dealership too often. Within 11 months my windshield wipers failed twice. Costing me nearly $1300. Then my brakes had problems; the front and then back failed me. Both within two years. Another $1200. For the most part my Rabbit has been "healthy" I have had to replace both of my front light bulbs Received a dashboard message that "a light bulb" had failed, but it turned out to be just a warning that the back two lights were about to fail. OMG Matt is GREAT! Brand new car! Yes I had a 2017 Jetta I was trying to get refinanced because my rate was so high. It wasn’t looking too good for me. Great deal, poor follow through This dealership is currently changing over to a new owner, I would expect some confusion with processes and staff, always happens. I purchased a nice Cadillac 2011 with low miles and main POC was Matt Kutyna and was handed off to Natalia Szwab once we drove 2hrs to close the deal. The closing took too long we were there 3 hrs but my concern was the receiving of the car itself. Once the car was ready to go, I was handed one set of keys (which are expensive (remote access type). I told Natalia right at that moment, this won't work, we need two sets and she said she would check for the second set and if not she would get with Matt to get this resolved in the morning and give us a call. Next day, no call... So I called her, she told me to hold, did not address the issue but passed me over to Matt who stated he would contact the previous owner? And give me a call back... Today is Wednesday (4 days later) and 2 more emails and no reply from anyone at the dealership. I wrote again today. A customer should never have to be chasing the sale staff, this is very poor business and no matter what a dealer states, the expectation is that a car will have two sets of keys.. I sure provided my set on trade... I have checked the cost of replacement keys and found them cheaper than expected not sure of a dealer in my area will charge lots of money to re-program. That being stated, when a purchase is made, the customer should be informed and if there are problems, they should be talked about and resolved, this is why at this moment I will not refer them but will pray that the Lord will judge this matter for both of these folks. If I have to pay for this, in the end, they will lose more when the Lord makes His Judgement. Buyers... beware If this dealerships or owners make this right.. I will gladly repost this narrative to reflect this correction but at present... very sad I made this deal, I am a better customer and should have been treated better on this. More
Just a pain! I would like to start off with a thank you to our 2nd sales man. He was great. However, the first time we were at this dealership I would say that our I would like to start off with a thank you to our 2nd sales man. He was great. However, the first time we were at this dealership I would say that our experience was a little strange. First, we could not decided between a golf and a jetta, and wanted to drive both. Well, we drove the jetta and it was great, but we were told we could not drive a golf because the manager only let really serious customers drive that car. Really? True or not, there is probably a better way to deliver that message! We came back about 3 weeks later to test drive the jetta again and decided to lease, and were told that the plates would arrive in about a week. We came back a week later and sorry still no plates. Please wait for the yellow post card. Okay, 3 weeks later we get a phone call. By the way, the dealership was sold, and your paperwork was never filed. Could you come back again? What choice do we have? We were told it would only take about 15 minutes, and over an hour later we were finally done. Now, they did offer to fill our gas tank, but we had just filled it up. No other offer? Hopefully things will improve with new ownership. Only time will tell. More

Broken Promise and Unethical business Dealer was 2 hrs away, communicated like crazy to get me to come to them. This part was good and I drove there only to wait 3hrs just to close. Then it gets worse, once they hand me the (Key) I said, hold on.. where is the other key, this isn't gonna do. Natalia said, I will check and also let Matt know and we will get back with you tomorrow. Next day no call.. so I had to call... she put me off and said Matt will talk to you. Matt picks up, says he didn't know about this (ugh) So I explain again and said I want my key.. he told me that he would get with the owner and get the key (I didn't care I stated, the deal was for the car with all included (keys too). Since this time, no replies and still I am without a key.. this is not good business and if I had known before.. I would have told them to deduct the cost of replacement.. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!! More
