Very good experience My wife and I wanted a car that would fit our needs without spending too much money. We eventually bought a 2016 VW Jetta. The manager, Matt, allowed My wife and I wanted a car that would fit our needs without spending too much money. We eventually bought a 2016 VW Jetta. The manager, Matt, allowed us to take the vehicle home overnight so I didn't feel pressured to buy on first impression. I was also provided helpful information from my first salesman contact, Jose. The only negative was not getting a detailed description of what was covered in a bumper to bumper warranty we bought. I had a problem with the car starting a few days after purchase and Matt replaced the battery free without a hassle. I appreciated the consideration. I was able to continue having good feelings about my new car purchase. So far, so good! More

Just OK The service advisor was very nice, but he transposed the mileage of my car on the intake sheet. I brought the car in for an oil change, headlamp repl The service advisor was very nice, but he transposed the mileage of my car on the intake sheet. I brought the car in for an oil change, headlamp replacement and 120K mile service, but since it was logged in as 112K miles, the maintenance was not performed. I will now need to schedule another appointment. In addition, I have had a problem with condensation in the drivers side headlight cover since Orland Park VW replaced light bulbs last year. I brought the car back to them in 2018 but the problem was never resolved. I believe this was a result of something the dealer did, but there has been no accepting of responsibility. Another disappointment. This is a little thing, but I think they should bring you to the cashier when the car is ready. Customer should not have to wait for the car wash to be completed. My car is a 2012 Jetta and I take very good care of it, making sure to keep up with the maintenance schedule. Each time I bring my car to this dealership, I am left just a little disappointed. I am used to the service I received in the past from Libertyville VW. More
This was my first VW experience. I purchased my first VW this year and it was time for my first oil change. I went on a Saturday, they informed me that there was a recall on the coola I purchased my first VW this year and it was time for my first oil change. I went on a Saturday, they informed me that there was a recall on the coolant bottle so they replaced it, did the oil change AND washed and vacuumed my vehicle. The wait was a little longer than I expected but Overall, 5 stars!!!!! More
Excellent Tiguan buying experience! I came in on a Friday evening and was introduced to both Natalia and Eddie. I test drove the Tiguan for the second time and fell in love with the car I came in on a Friday evening and was introduced to both Natalia and Eddie. I test drove the Tiguan for the second time and fell in love with the car. I was offered a very good and fair price for my trade-in and we worked a great and fair deal on my car. Buying a car always makes me so nervous, so I forget things to ask about - so as my several, "oh wait... one more question..." they both took the time to ensure all questions were answered. They both stayed late, after close, as we got through as much as we could. I was back the next morning to finish up the paperwork and take my new Tiguan home. Natalia sat in the car with me to show me how everything works, helped me set up my phone and then took me to the service department to introduce me to some of the crew down there and so I could purchase a seat cover for the backseat. Both Eddie and Natalia were so helpful - I truly would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

Our sales representative, Cam, was informative and delivered a low pressure buying experience. He and the other employees involved in our sale obviously love the brand and personally attested for vehicle performance. The wait was quite long from start to finish, but throughout the experience we were kept in the loop and never forgotten. Even walking through the service department to use the elevators Brad introduced himself as the service contact and seemed so happy. It felt like everyone was just as excited as I was that I was getting a new car!! If this is the experience upon every visit (purchase and service), I will definitely be a long time customer! More
I will travel farther for better service I had an engine light come on my VW Beetle. I was told t come in at 8 am. I did not leave until 3.5 hours later. When I left I hear a rattle and I I had an engine light come on my VW Beetle. I was told t come in at 8 am. I did not leave until 3.5 hours later. When I left I hear a rattle and I stopped and opened the hood, to find that they did not close the cover and air vent so it was rattling around! I also found a pry bar in the engine! My contact Sergio was very kind and did his best to assist. but the mechanic was negligent. I will travel to the countryside location for future service. More

Both times I was told I needed no appointment and I called twice before taking my 2019 Beetle in for an oil change. I wanted to make an appointment. Both times I was told I needed no appointment and to just come by. Both times the service department told me there was no such “just come by” situation and was told to make an appointment. After the first time I called to make an appointment. The woman on the phone, I think Lori, refused to make an appointment and I went back in. Instead of leaving, I called from the parking lot and got her on the phone and handed it to the service guy who had not believed I was told what I was. Busy people do not need this kind of mix up once, let alone twice. More
