Very clean and friendly people We found VW or OP way less chaotic than other dealerships. We are new owners to a pre-owned VW Passat and they are closest to our house, but we also h We found VW or OP way less chaotic than other dealerships. We are new owners to a pre-owned VW Passat and they are closest to our house, but we also had heard from a random person that they loved this dealership and went out of their way to go there specifically. This was our first service done here although we came in and ordered the part the week before. Our car was done sooner than estimated on a Saturday no less. Plus, the waiting area was quite comfortable and stocked with snacks, bottled water and coffees. Our rep was Sergio who was very personable and knowledgeable. So far so good VW! More
