Customer’s Only If you are not a customer or future customer than you don’t matter. I took my car that I purchased from them for a recall. Mind you, this is my daily If you are not a customer or future customer than you don’t matter. I took my car that I purchased from them for a recall. Mind you, this is my daily vehicle. I dropped it off the day before the appointment. The appointment was for a Saturday at 8am. I thought if I dropped it off than, they would work on it ASAP. I got my vehicle around 5pm that day. An hour after the service department was closed. They couldn’t give me a straight answer on why it took so long for my car to be taking care of. It was an approximate one hour of labor. One of the service people that stayed until I got there told me that he couldn’t do nothing about it to make up for the awful care of my appointment because I wasn’t a customer. I don’t like giving negative reviews but, this one I just couldn’t ignore. More

When Service Counts More Delivery of a vehicle that has no issue should always be an easy event for the new owner, delivery of a vehicle with problems is a whole new ball game Delivery of a vehicle that has no issue should always be an easy event for the new owner, delivery of a vehicle with problems is a whole new ball game. My vehicle was a transfer and it arrived on the day of the purchase. Unbeknownst to everyone involved until it was cleaned up was that the vehicle had extensive roof and rear panel pine tar effects, and some paint chips up front. The vehicle was offered to be cleaned post sale and returned to perfect new delivery condition, and it was. It was picked up and delivered to my place of work and all of the spots of effected paint were remedied. I was very satisfied with the final condition and thankful for my choice of Dealership. I already recommend a friend for a Jetta to inquire here, and will continue to do so. More
