Just an oil change for my 2007 Rabbit. I was a little surprised when Kelly told me that it would likely take 2 hours for the work (maybe as much as 3). I had an appointment for the work I was a little surprised when Kelly told me that it would likely take 2 hours for the work (maybe as much as 3). I had an appointment for the work and in mind thought about 1 hour. The actual time was about 1 1/2 hours so better than they estimated. Kelly also did a good job explaining additional recommendations for needed repairs. I waited in the nice waiting area and also looked at some of the new vehicles on display. More

Orland can’t come close to how nice the Countryside service area is. Orland was loud between the music from the dealer and the tv for the service. It’s all connected in one big room.
