I negotiated a price on a used car with the Manager, Matt and scheduled an appointment for the purchase. Before my appointment, they sold the car to someone else. This car was on the lot for 4 months and they sold it out from under us in 24 hours. His explanation was that it’s first come first serve. They don’t care about their customers at all. They only care about themselves. I will never visit this dealer again and will never recommend them for any sales or service. More

My wife and I purchased an ID. 4 from Volkswagen of Orland Park. Moe Ali did a great job handling our purchase and trade in. Moe is very knowledgeable about the ID.4 and was able to 4 from Volkswagen of Orland Park. Moe Ali did a great job handling our purchase and trade in. Moe is very knowledgeable about the ID.4 and was able to answer all our questions. He moved us through the process but did not pressure to close the sale or try to add in accessories we didn’t need. He is honest and practical. He provided valuable advice on use and follow-up actions. We are delighted with our purchase and pleased at how easy the process was. If you are considering the ID.4, I recommend you ask for Moe Ali. More
This dealership is a joke there isn't enough characters to voice my displeasure with this place. I love my VW Passat but this dealership is a joke. They nickle and dime you to death. Don't walk run away to voice my displeasure with this place. I love my VW Passat but this dealership is a joke. They nickle and dime you to death. Don't walk run away from this place. I had them replace my engine for $12,300 and then they "FORGOT" to put NEW fuel injectors in. I took it back they put new ones in as I did pay for them and then who knows what they did I took it back and there was a pinched hose, then they replaced a throttle body for $1,300 still having the EXACT SAME ISSUE and now they told me I needed a new engine harness for $1,800. I asked when is enough enough. Oh they did offer to knock $300 off. Go out to Pugi in Downers Grove it's worth the drive. More
Terrible experience. It started off ok…but got worse the longer I was there. Moe, the finance director did me dirty. First off he repeatedly told me that he was going to It started off ok…but got worse the longer I was there. Moe, the finance director did me dirty. First off he repeatedly told me that he was going to take care of me. Told me about warranty. I refused the warranty. He did not listen to. Told me why I needed it and how it would pay for itself in the long run. Well I did not want it. He reassured me that I’d be able to cancel it. Ok fine. After Being there for 5hrs, I was ready to get out of there. I cried the whole way home because I felt like Moe did not listen to me. I felt like I was taken advantage of. There were additional fees added to the loan. Interior and exterior treatment and a security device. Neither of these were listed online in the price. I was never told the price of the warranty and how much was being financed. When I signed papers, he did not explain what it actually was I was signing. He gave me his personal phone number and told me to contact him for anything. I emailed him the following day because I wanted that warranty off. I called & left a message. Then on Monday I did the same. I called and emailed him every single day and I got absolutely nothing back. I feel like he scammed me. After being home with vehicle, I noticed that the sticker to remind you when to change your oil, was put over the old sticker. It was peeling off. One would think, the old sticker would be taken off first. My maintenance light came on to warn me that vehicle is due for oil change. So when oil was changed, it was never reset. Then when the camera was installed it messed up the windshield. A new mirror was installed. The windshield looks like crap from the outside. I did not expect my vehicle to have no flaws but the things that the dealership did was careless, sloppy and lazy. 2 weeks later, I still have not heard back from my sales person, the finance director, or anyone else from here. So very disappointed to say the least. More
They ran my credit with 6 different banks looking for the lowest score to invent a reason to charge more. What a waste of tine with these people. They believe that people cannot do simple math. This was supposed to be a long distance purchase with my having a transport pick up the vehicle and deliver it to me. Like many other dealerships right now, they begin pricing high. I was upfront abou having a transport pick up the vehicle and deliver it to me. Like many other dealerships right now, they begin pricing high. I was upfront about vehicle value and where I saw it and comps I was looking at. Their current asking price was still too high. I indicated this to the salesman I was working with, who indicated he'd take it back to his manager and see if he could get an extended warranty included at that price. The following day I was asked to fill out a credit app. I filed it out but indicated I preferred not to until a deal was made. They ran the credit anyway and came back at the same asking price with added "required" add-ons amounting to thousands of dollars. The sales manager said he needed to run my credit to make sure I was a qualified buyer to discuss pricing terms. Claims he never takes deposits on used cars, etc. Needless to say, I explained to him that I had a better optioned vehicle, same make, model, year and mileage, the sales manager said well he has another buyer looking at the car right now at full asking. He knew I had an appointment to look at another vehicle. I told him the whole point of providing the credit app was to get this deal done with the extended warranty, he said that's not possible and that I avoid taking the time to look at another car by paying the full asking, which I was adamant I wouldn't do before they ran my credit. It's now two weeks later, their vehicle is still for sale, and asking is now less than my offer ... I ended up buying the better optioned same car at a much closer dealership, which I did the morning after my discussion with this salesman/manager seamlessly. More
